What we sell
Every product is a laboratory reagent. For research purposes only. Not for human or animal consumption. They are not medicines, food, supplements, or cosmetics. By ordering you confirm you are buying for bona fide laboratory research and will not use the materials in humans or animals.
Orders and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and shown before shipping. Payment is taken by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). We may refuse or cancel an order if stock is unavailable, payment fails, or the intended use is unclear.
Shipping
UK Standard shipping is £4.99. Express is £9.99. Dispatch times depend on stock. Risk passes when the carrier collects the parcel. If something arrives damaged or we send the wrong item, email us with photos within 48 hours.
Returns
Opened vials, pens, and reconstitution water cannot be returned. Unopened items that are unused, in original packaging, may be discussed by email if we sent the wrong product or it was damaged in transit. Faulty goods are replaced or refunded.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you buy as a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
