What we collect

When you order or email us we collect your name, email, phone (if you give one), delivery address, and what you bought. Card numbers are handled by Stripe. They never sit on this website.

Why we use it

• To take payment and send your order
• To answer emails about stock or certificates of analysis
• To keep records we need for tax and fraud checks

Who sees it

Stripe processes payments. The delivery service sees your address. Google Analytics sees which pages you open, roughly where in the country you are, and what device you used — not your name or card. We do not sell your details. Emails you send go to pepplus40@gmail.com.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax rules require. Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to deal with them.

Cookies

The cart is stored on your device so it is still there if you refresh. We use Google Analytics to count visits. That is not an ads tracker.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete personal data we hold, or object to how we use it, by emailing pepplus40@gmail.com. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
